Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to promote our benefits packages
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in our CRM system
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Age: 18 years or older
• Background Check: Must pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is preferred but not necessary
• Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

• Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service or a related field
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in the insurance or benefits industry
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership or management roles, with a proven track record of success
