The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales team. As a Sales Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for uploading data, performing extensive searches, and executing periodic data updates. You will also be responsible for reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages, and categorizing them accordingly. Key Responsibilities:
* Upload data of landing page and website new leads on marketing sheets
- Perform extensive searches in the web to find leads and companies' contact information
- Execute periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
- Execute periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
- Read raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
- Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)
Essential Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience as a data entry specialist
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Methodic and able to follow processes
- Excellent English skills (able to read and understand it)
- Self-starter, can explore, learn, and work independently
- Can manage concurrent tasks
- Advanced English level
