The Role

As a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, using Live Chat functionality to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services, ensuring that our clients receive a first-class experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Live Chat agent: providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members
  • Identifying clients in vulnerable situations and developing strategies to support them
  • Proactively spotting patterns in client frustrations and needs, identifying opportunities to improve our processes, tools, and products
  • Logging client complaints and ensuring that clients are treated fairly and have a platform to share their thoughts and concerns

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Regulatory knowledge as applicable to the role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act with integrity at all times
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships in a service or sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good listening skills and a friendly, client-focused approach
  • Previous experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role
