Position Overview

We're seeking exceptional professionals to join our team as Business Coaches or Life Coaches. As a CoCaptain Coach, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, conducting live virtual coaching sessions that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our platform provides a seamless and efficient experience for both coaches and clients, allowing you to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional coaching services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual coaching sessions with clients via the CoCaptain platform, applying your unique coaching method or pedagogy to ensure effective and productive sessions.
• Meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and progress, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
• Develop and implement customized coaching plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.
• Establish and maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research to continuously improve your coaching skills and services.

Qualifications

We're looking for experienced professionals who possess the following qualifications:

• 1+ year of coaching experience as a Business or Life Coach
• 5+ years of professional experience and demonstrated success in your respective field/industry
• An active and accredited coaching certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in the English language
• B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent
• Ability to coach with CoCaptain for a minimum of 2 hours per week
• Proficiency with computer software, including video conferencing and scheduling applications
