Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Responding to customer questions about products, services, and company policies promptly and professionally. * Resolving customer issues effectively by identifying the root cause, providing solutions, and escalating cases when necessary. * Tracking and documenting all interactions in blithequark's customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Building positive relationships with customers by providing consistent, friendly, and helpful support. * Proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. * Gathering customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to products, services, and processes. * Working closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to address customer concerns and enhance the customer experience. * Sharing insights and feedback with the team to improve customer service strategies. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. * At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a remote setting. * A proven track record of handling high volumes of inquiries while maintaining exceptional service quality. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution capabilities. * Ability to build rapport with customers and diffuse challenging situations. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM platforms, helpdesk software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
