Job Summary

As an Experienced Workforce Management Specialist – Customer Support at blithequark, you will be responsible for optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations, developing strategies to improve performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance, working closely with team leaders to ensure effective training and staffing levels
  • Conduct regular reviews of SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational excellence, preparing reports and presentations for upper management to provide insights into workforce performance and make recommendations for process improvements

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
