Key Responsibilities

As a Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing expert-level customer support through clear and concise communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective completion of mandatory training
  • Previous customer support experience (preferably in a call center environment)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
