Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
  • Demonstrating exceptional soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
  • Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years of age
  • A quiet, secure workspace that meets our data security requirements
  • At least one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with a focus on meeting performance metrics
  • A flexible schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
