What You'll Do
As a Remote Disney Vacation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and plan unique Disney vacation itineraries for our clients. You'll work closely with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel style, and then create customized vacation packages that meet their individual needs. Your role will involve:
Designing Unique Itineraries:
Research and create tailored Disney vacation packages for both leisure and corporate clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel style.
Personalized Trip Planning:
Meet clients' individual needs by understanding their preferences and budget to create a one-of-a-kind vacation experience.
Booking Travel Essentials:
Coordinate all travel components, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours, to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Ensuring Client Satisfaction:
Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth experience and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Resolving Issues:
Handle any client issues that arise with professionalism and care, before, during, or after their travels.
Staying Updated:
Participate in ongoing training and webinars to stay informed on the latest travel trends, destination updates, and Disney offerings.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
Excellent Communication:
A friendly, clear communicator who loves helping people and can effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Tech-Savvy:

Bonus Experience:
