Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong problem-solving ability, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
- A passion for delivering exceptional support experiences, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
- A stand-alone monitor (19 inch)
- A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A home office that's a noise/distraction-free environment
- A desk and an ergonomic chair
