Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home Opportunity with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Handling high-volume client requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems
- Investigating and resolving missing data issues, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions
- Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or settle the Outsider Oddballs
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting
- Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a functioning expert permit or confirmation

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
- Essential web search tools skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
