Responsibilities

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through a mostly inbound call model, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and solution-focused communication
  • Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to help clients understand their Medicare coverage options and select the best products and services to meet their needs
  • Identifying additional needs and opportunities for clients to upgrade their products or services
  • Conducting outbound calls to provide follow-up support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on compassion and understanding
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
  • High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
