We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our advanced marketing team in Bridgeton, MO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Advertising Manager in creating, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive revenue and growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Advertising Manager in creating, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, shopping, discovery, video, and more.
  • Review existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and creative elements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute media plans, manage automation, audience targeting, and explore in-market trends to drive campaign success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tools to improve campaign performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, or Google Suite/Google Slides.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital media buying and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint.
