Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle billing inquiries. You will work closely with our clients to determine the root cause of issues, offer solutions, and provide follow-up as needed. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle billing inquiries
  • Determining the root cause of issues and offering solutions to customers
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in high call volume environments
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex calls and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred skills: A pharmacy background or bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pharmacy industry

  • Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
