Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information about blithequark products, services, policies, and promotions
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, returns, refunds, and other account-related tasks
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Utilizing internal resources and knowledge base to effectively address customer concerns
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
