Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Architect at blithequark, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data architectures, data models, and data integration solutions that support our business applications. Your expertise will help us to improve data quality, increase data accessibility, and enhance our ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the subject matter expert in data architecture and data modeling, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams

• Design and implement data architectures, data models, and data integration solutions that support business applications
• Develop and maintain data standards, data governance policies, and data quality metrics
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data solutions
• Mentor and train junior data architects and data engineers, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow and develop in their careers
• Participate in the development of data-related projects, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct data quality analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data architecture diagrams
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and infrastructure
• Participate in the development of data-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data integration
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including entity-relationship diagrams and data normalization
• Experience with data integration tools, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data warehousing
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality metrics
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop effective solutions

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data integration

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
