Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our passengers receive the highest level of service and assistance. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to passengers through phone, email, and chat channels, as well as assisting passengers with booking, rebooking, and managing their reservations. You will also address inquiries and resolve issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns.
