Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer care, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care, focusing on empathy, understanding, and quick resolution

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively and relay information accurately
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience with upselling or cross-selling products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
