Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and you'll use your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet our clients' expectations.

Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that accommodate your needs. As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. You'll be able to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to manage your time and prioritize your tasks.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on your performance and the client you're working with. You'll also have access to additional incentives and bonuses based on client and performance metrics, which can help you increase your earnings and achieve your financial goals.

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. We'll provide you with a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of your engagement, and you'll be asked to agree to the terms before commencing work.

We're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
