Job Summary

As a Paid Social Account Manager at OneIMS Group, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns for our clients on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, create targeted ads, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for clients on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop targeted ad strategies to achieve them
  • Create and implement ad creative, including ad copy, images, and videos
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Provide regular campaign updates and recommendations to clients, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid social media advertising, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution

Requirements

* Proven work experience as a Paid Social Account Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience in setting up and managing advanced campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and ad creative
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide campaign updates and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Updated knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in paid social media advertising
  • Google Ads certification and experience with other paid advertising platforms is a plus
