  • Subject‑Matter Expertise: Act as the technical and process resource for the operational area, providing guidance and troubleshooting to junior team members.
  • Root‑Cause & Failure Analysis: Conduct or support investigations into pipeline incidents, ensuring thorough pre‑investigations and timely corrective actions.
  • Procedure Development: Draft, review, modify, and approve operational procedures that embed disciplined operating practices.
  • Collaboration with Production Teams: Partner closely with production staff to resolve operational challenges, drive continuous improvement, and meet facility performance goals.
  • Mentorship & Training: Mentor new production personnel during onboarding, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
  • Compliance with Life‑Critical Standards: Apply rigorous standards to ensure that all pipeline activities align with life‑critical safety and reliability requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in pipeline operations, field services, or related industrial environments.
