The Opportunity

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home, enjoying a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts
  • Providing clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times
  • Working with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management
  • Remaining current on constant process updates and technology used within the company
  • Performing duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Performing other duties as directed by management

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or broadband)
  • Experience in a call center environment (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems
  • The ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional support
  • The ability to multi-task (talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
  • The ability to navigate through multiple systems
