The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling financial products to clients who have reached out requesting more information
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing leads and clients using our automated CRM system
  • Utilizing our proprietary sales process and technology to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they are highly desirable:

  • Experience in selling financial products, such as IUL policies, annuities, and life insurance
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory requirements
