Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics projects
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence, such as SAFE Spry or Alteryx
