Join Our Team

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through live chat and email. The Details

Start Date:

February 19, 2024

Training:

Three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The fourth week will be your regular schedule, with training and post-training work performed remotely.

Full Time or Part Time positions:

We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your needs.

Starting base pay:

$15.00 per hour

Shift:

Between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
  • Replying to incoming emails from customers
  • Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
  • Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase
  • Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience
  • Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
  • Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company in mind
