Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via online chat promptly and professionally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services, providing clear and accurate solutions that meet their needs.

Customer Satisfaction:

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration:

Product Knowledge:
