Job Summary

As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, order fulfillment, and customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark may include:

• Receiving and processing customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products and tracking inventory levels
• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring that products meet quality requirements
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
• Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet and operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
