Job Summary

As our Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for driving first-party customer data collection and activation systems across the digital environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across the digital environment.

• Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer information.
• Investigate potential opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve customer profiles and segmentation.
• Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Collaborate with various teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Execute robust data governance processes to obtain explicit consent from customers for data collection and usage.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, data analytics).

• 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital customer engagement or CRM leadership position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
