Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis), and experience in customer support. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to our clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Solve Customer Problems and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve customer problems and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Products and Services: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Track and Report Customer Interactions: Track and report customer interactions, providing insights and recommendations for improving customer service.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis, is required.
