Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborating with the support team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working cross-functionally with various teams to help evolve our platform, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance the user experience.
  • Providing proactive support to customers, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized solutions to meet their supply ordering requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
