The Role

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls
  • Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data for outreach
  • Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Providing problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
  • Working on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and working under supervision and receiving instructions
