Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
  • Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

  • Familiarity with the legal industry and document filing processes
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
