What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
  • Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
  • Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response

Who You Are

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • A background in retail, sales, or wait staff, as these roles have been successful in this position
  • Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
  • A GED or High School Diploma
  • The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. Our schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time. We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
