Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Technology Analyst team. As a key member of this team, you'll apply your analytical skills and business acumen to drive business growth and innovation within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive business process optimization and data migration
- Collaborate with other Technology Analysts to provide counsel or solutions within your subject matter expertise
- Stay informed about current advancements within your field and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, approaches, or methods
- Estimate effort and value for solutions and apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Confirm data and carefully review and verify the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
- Communicate thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
- Identify program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of visibility and escalation
- Perform other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/assignments
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Experience with Workday data migrations and business process optimization
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
