Your Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for serving clients and providing valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. Your primary objective will be to schedule virtual meetings with clients, present benefit programs, and cultivate relationships that drive long-term growth and success. You will work closely with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, and you will be expected to achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* Laptop or computer with camera is required

  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain an LLQP license
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Primary residence in Canada or USA: you must reside in North America to be eligible
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
