Experienced Customer Service Representative – Warranty Service Associate

But that's not all – you'll also have the opportunity to develop relationships with customers, upsell additional protection for their existing appliances, and present products and services that meet their unique needs.

The Job
As a Warranty Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and building rapport with customers to create a positive experience
- Investigating customer accounts to understand their services and filing or following up on repair claims
- Developing relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and providing solutions
- Upselling additional protection for existing appliances after reaching a resolution
- Presenting products and services based on customer needs and addressing objections
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to blithequark's high standards of professionalism

You Would Be a Great Fit If You
* Have over 6 months of experience in customer service
- Have over 6 months of experience in cross-selling or upselling
- Have experience working in a call center
- Have experience working in insurance sales (considered an asset)
- Are a problem solver who can leverage past experiences and creative thinking to develop practical solutions
- Are eager to learn and have a desire to receive coaching and mentorship
- Currently reside in and legally able to work in the United States or Canada
