Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with repair claims, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. But that's not all – you'll also have the opportunity to develop relationships with customers, upsell additional protection for their existing appliances, and present products and services that meet their unique needs.

The Job

As a Warranty Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and building rapport with customers to create a positive experience
  • Investigating customer accounts to understand their services and filing or following up on repair claims
  • Developing relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and providing solutions
  • Upselling additional protection for existing appliances after reaching a resolution
  • Presenting products and services based on customer needs and addressing objections
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to blithequark's high standards of professionalism

You Would Be a Great Fit If You

* Have over 6 months of experience in customer service

  • Have over 6 months of experience in cross-selling or upselling
  • Have experience working in a call center
  • Have experience working in insurance sales (considered an asset)
  • Are a problem solver who can leverage past experiences and creative thinking to develop practical solutions
  • Are eager to learn and have a desire to receive coaching and mentorship
  • Currently reside in and legally able to work in the United States or Canada

* Windows 10 or 11 computer required

  • 8 GB RAM
  • Minimum Intel I3 processor (CPU)
  • An ethernet cable connected to the modem is required
  • Internet speeds 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
  • Webcam required for training
  • USB Headset
