Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
  • Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Availability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
  • Ability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
