Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
- Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
- Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
- Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately maintaining call logs
- Participating in other projects assigned by your supervisor
