Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
  • Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
  • Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately maintaining call logs
  • Participating in other projects assigned by your supervisor

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Communication:

Develop and maintain effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to interact with customers and colleagues

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the research team when necessary

Administrative:

Complete necessary administrative work, including maintaining accurate call logs and participating in other projects assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues

Problem-Solving and Multitasking Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and prioritize tasks effectively

Computer Proficiency:
