Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark in our online sales channel, engaging with customers via chat and encouraging them to place orders for our secondhand shipping containers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software, leveraging your sales expertise to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize our company's system to send invoices and close sales directly on the chat, streamlining the sales process and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assign leads and follow up with customers via phone calls, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in daily training sessions, Q&A groups, and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and achieve your sales goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over chat
  • Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales interactions and customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
