Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
  • Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
  • Enjoying working in a technical workplace and improving skills through practice

Key Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
  • Strong adaptability and commitment to sales and customer service excellence
