Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with technical and non-technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Providing product and service information, troubleshooting assistance, and step-by-step guidance
  • Resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor
  • Staying updated on blithequark's latest products, software, and services
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality and following blithequark's policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
