Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, and providing top-notch support to our automotive dealer clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. If you're a people person with a passion for technology and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services

  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and adapt to changes in the market and customer needs

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
