Position Purpose

As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit, you will work under immediate direction to maintain sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will provide timely responses to customer inquiries, process credits on behalf of customers, and perform other duties as assigned. Your exceptional communication and multitasking skills will enable you to respond to customer inquiries and process requests according to established standards, with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication.

Key Job Activities

* Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards, using excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy.
• Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.
• Perform necessary record keeping activities.
• Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

While a High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong passion for customer service.
