Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat & Tele Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive one
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships through personalized support and guidance
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
- Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies to our clients
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience and ensure that every client feels valued and supported
- Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services
- Maintaining proper documentation of interactions to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to client problems
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting, with the ability to navigate our systems and software with ease
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications

Schedule
