About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping us locate and support individuals and families who have been injured or affected by loss. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Educating and engaging with clients affected by injuries or loss
- Guiding clients through the claims process
- Assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in customer service or project support
- Proficiency with common tools like MS Word
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A steady internet connection
- A flexible schedule with some overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Person Specification
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with diverse populations, including:
- Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
- Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
- Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)
- Individuals who have been injured by certain terrorist acts
