The Opportunity
As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with our team to develop communications plans, channel briefs, and omnichannel asset ecosystems. You'll be responsible for reviewing creative work to ensure alignment with our brand and platform best practices, as well as consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of communications plans that drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring alignment with our brand and platform best practices
- Review creative work to ensure it meets our high standards and is optimized for each channel
- Create and manage omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
- Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
How You'll Excel in Your Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth
- Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
- The ability to contribute independently to our team, without requiring a lot of oversight or training
- A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style
