Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Occurrence Reaction Group as a Network Protection Examiner Understudy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, alleviating, and recovering from digital threats, collaborating with experts to analyze breaches, and developing quick response systems. This part-time remote opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and the chance to gain valuable skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your duties will include:

• Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to provide quality technical solutions
• Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards
• Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are completed on time and within budget
• Serving as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation teams
• Participating in system and acceptance testing
• Scope of work may vary depending on the project team

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Fundamental knowledge of data security and threat relief standards, theories, and strategies
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies preferred
• Coursework or experience related to Network Security preferred
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred
• Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred
• Ability to thrive in a culture that is open, direct, transparent, kind, and empathetic
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
