The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use your excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide them with prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions to customers' problems
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Use your technical skills to navigate our website and customer support systems
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to provide the highest level of service to our customers

What You Will Need

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative to resolve issues and provide solutions to customers' problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-centric approach and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week
