Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identifying the type of assistance they need * Resolving issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and providing an appropriate response to the caller * Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff * Completing documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends * Interacting with providers to develop a relationship with them while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner * Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations * Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday Nice-to-haves While not required, the following experience would be beneficial: * 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools * Prior healthcare experience Benefits As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive benefits package * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase * 401k contribution * Health and well-being programs and services * Flexible work schedule and remote-friendly positions * Health, vision, and dental benefits * HSA and FSA eligible plans * Childcare benefits * Short-term/long-term disability coverage * Basic life insurance and AD&D * Employee stock purchase plan * Home office stipend for remote employees What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that supports your growth and well-being.
