Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications, ensuring seamless support and follow-up
  • Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing service delivery
  • Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

  • Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Friendly, outgoing, and service-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations
